i always thought about tryin out bovada just never really had the reason until merge just basically ruined everything i liked about it. are the anonymous tables awkward to get used to?

I have played on there a few times and have ended up in the money. It is always a small field. Not a bad site.

Bovada is soft, has good promos, and fast cashouts.

But not as big of gtds in their tournaments and no big weekend games/tournament series to the degree Merge does.

I literally played for about a few hours there once and turned $30 into $900 playing $5.50 hyper turbo sngs. No one in them knew how to play them whatsoever.

I dropped Carbon for Bovada. Deposit was easy but I lost that do to my own tilt rage issues. If you play a decent game, you can usually go up. I double my initial deposit over the course of two months with at most 5-8 hours of play a week and then went tilt rage crazy and lost most of it quickly.

Played the freeroll three times, cashed once, got donk called once K7o > AA and lost a flip the other time. JJ > AK. Like others have mentioned it pays 10 spot, so not too hard to be ITM. Wish it payed 9 so that you'd be at the FT and ITM at the same time. Or the final table was 10 handed. Right now, after you get ITM you are playing hand for hand until the 10th person busts.
