I've also used the Poker Host skin and gotten a WU payout in a week. Used to be able to transfer the funds to the sports book and payouts were made next day but they discontinued that service.

Winning network (Black Chip, ACR, True) has the best payouts, 2-5 days with their debit card. Carbon and Bovada are both making decent payouts in the 4-5 week range. Lock and Juicy takes 8-9 months. Online poker will be back in the US, its just a matter of time. Two bills have been introduced within the last month to legalize it. Poker Stars just bought a casino in New Jersey and will be available to all NJ residents in the near future.
