If you think real money deposits or withdrawing real $ is kind of a pain in the ass, bitcoins are a nightmare.Bitcoins are an underground currency and most are used on a site called Silk Road,an underground marketplace were you can buy just about any illegal drug.As an example just how complicated and pain in the ass this can be.To use Silk Road you have to download a new OS,which can be hit or miss(have just one computer,i advise against it).But back to bitcoins, there are only a few sites that you can turn real$ into bitcoins, all of them have recieved so-so reviews. Also bitcoins are subject to daily real $ flucuations.Highly advise against this....

Have you actually converted real $$ into bitcoins and if so where?Little spamming maybe? You have been a member since May and your money won here sends red flags up as far as i,m concerned.I have a little knowledge about bitcoins and would advise any friends or PO members to avoid this completely. If a reputable poker site is so good there is NO reason for them to use bitcoins.....

Bitcoins are like a virtual currency. You basically go through a bitcoin cashier run by a third party. I've never heard of this before. The site claims to be run by poker players with the intent on keeping players money secure. Have to keep an eye on it, but it has very few members.
When I looked up "Ninjas" in Thesaurus.com, it said "Ninja's can't be found" Well played Ninjas, well played.

When i visited this site it said,"always anonymous" and "no banking".To me always anonymous can only mean you will not be taxed on your huge winnings,(somebody correct me if there is another meaning for this statement because i am confused by this). But no banking is flat out wrong,if anything it will be harder. If anybody has dealt with bitcoins i would love to hear about it.Also one of their options to buy bitcoins is a site called Mt.Gox.Also correct me if i am wrong bit i seem to recall that a while ago there was a problem with Mt.Gox and basically everyones acct.was frozen and almost everyone lost real $$ due to the freeze. At one time or another,i have used every U.S. poker site and this is the fishiest one i have ever seen. The reason i am posting so much about this is that when Silk Road 1st came out i thought about downloading it,but after much research i found that for every positive review there were about 9 warnings not to mess with this site. The reason i was interested in Silk Road was mainly curiosity and buying any drug imaginable (i know i,m off topic). That is where i came across bitcoins and basically never read anything very positive about this form of currency (underground).I,m all for the government staying out of my business but installing the program to use Silk Road (TOR) is mostly used by pedophiles to exchange kiddie porn,i was interested in the drugs part,so that is where i know the little info about bitcoins.I am about 99% sure that whoever uses that poker site is going to get screwed.I really like PO and would not feel to good about any PO member getting fucked by this NEW U.S.poker site.I have replied 4 times to this thread and have not read anything to disprove what i have said about it.My only intention is to NOT see any PO members to get duped by it.
