I was having major problems with it before the cashier change but now I'm good. Are you making sure there is like at least $2 over the amount you are trying to put through in the account. So if you're trying to put through $20 make sure there is at least $22 in there? Because they charge over the exact amount as a fee.

ok it was a dollar last time i made a deposit which has been june 2010 ...so its been a while since i made one...but thanks i will try this later

Yes netspend locked my account on ace elite. and when i called and asked why, they said it was from online gambling. So i had to get a new card. myvanilla not sure if it works on carbon tho.
