I'm terribly sorry again for the delay of your payout. The reason you’ve been waiting this long is due to a processing issue. Each 3rd party provider we work with can only send out so much on a daily/weekly basis, which has created a backlog.
With the launch of our very own Poker Client, you can see that things are improving here at Lock. We’ve also taken on new providers to assist with backlog and get your payout to you sooner.
This is the beginning of new and great things with Lock. Our number one priority is still getting our payout timeframes back to normal, so you shouldn’t be waiting too much longer now.

by far the best reply ive had so far, im getting the feeling that revo really were restricting them on what they could and could not say, and the payouts...im hopeful and i will continue to keep u updated
