    It's funny that this comes as a shock to you since the only thing people have mentioned about lock for months now is about how impossible it is to cashout, horrible customer service, and policies that change with no warning. There's a reason why it's been trading at less than 20c on the dollar for at least a couple months.

    its not so much that it comes as a shock more that just how ludicrous it actually is to try lol and i never thought theyd be so underhanded one of those "dont believe it til it happens to you" jobbys

    For me, just the idea that a CASINO can go bankrupt is insane. Their business model is accept money, give back money, take a small cut.. YOU HAD ONE JOB LOCK

    Yea, p2p transfer sounds like the way to go. I heard Intertops, Bovada, Americas Card room, and Black chip poker are the best places for cash outs.

    If you are are receiving HashedPassword message in the Cashier when trying to deposit, this is due to difficulties we experienced when trying updating our software yesterday, but we are working to resolve this.

    In the meantime, you can log into the Casino directly via Lock Casino with your email and password to access our eWallet/credit card options. Once you have deposited you can transfer the funds to Poker by returning to the Poker Cashier. But if you have difficulty transferring the funds then please email us and we can transfer the funds for you.
