Lock and carbon

Are they both the same network. Meaning in a tournament are players from both sites playing the same one? Somebody had mentioned something like that before and I wasent sure on what was true or not.

yes actually they can and often are in the same tournament coming from both sites

Lock and carbon are not the same. They used to be but lock left Merge.
