Yes as soon as I logged onto FullTilt on black friday and seen the seized by DOJ message I signed onto 4 other sites, Carbon being 1 of them. I am in Buffalo NY. A few months after that my buddy tried to make an account there and no go. A week ago my son tried to sign up on Carbon and it said bassically "sorry Charlie" no new sign ups from your state.

no i definitely remember reading something during my installation a while ago.. saying that NY and several other states were not allowed to play on carbon.
