Unhappy Juicy Stakes Locked Up During Registration

Twice now, I have missed playing a Juicy Stakes tourney that I registered for in a timely fashion. There is nothing wrong with my PC. After getting the password, I clicked on the register button and Juicy's program went into some sort of buffering behavior. It locked up and wouldn't give me the registration tab, where you enter your check and password. This lasted the entire 5 minute registration period. Then, at 10:01, after the tourney had started, it blinked off and let me back into the site. No way to get in with a late entry, no nothing, just out of luck. PokerOwned has refunded the 90 points I spent for registration both times, but I have lost quite a few points on the donkey bets I placed, and apparantly they aren't refundable. I wonder if anybody else has had this frustrating problem.

I have a good computer and fantastic high speed cable internet and wi-fi.... It seemed more like it glitched and froze up some way when PokerOwned was communicating with Juicy Stakes.... I couldn't get either site to close, minimize, refresh, anything.. then all of a sudden it unlocked like there was never a problem... but a minute after registration closed... very frustrating !! I think I was too fast to try registering... I prolly got my password the second it came available and tried to register within the next second... It caused a glitch

It's worked fine for me the few times I've entered the Juicy freeroll.

Pooffy is correct, if you look on your own donkey bets history listed here, Donkey Betting - PokerOwned Forums on the right hand side there is a "refund" option. I have received refunds in the past if I missed registration for these games. Also, for Lock and Juicy, a few minutes prior to the password release I click on "register" to have that "enter password" window up, so all I have to do is get the password and enter it without any other steps. Hope this helps, and good luck.

yeah i started doing what mich man just wrote. It's just easier to just enter the password than to have to go threw that all when you're in a hurry

Well I have Norton and Hitman Pro malware programs and they both block Juicy Stakes and Lock Poker and say that they are malware that actually contain trojans?????? This is why they freeze up alot and kick you off wireless conection when your playing, Im sure these trusted malware programs know what to quarantine?? I also have intertops poker which is the same skin and my norton and hitman does not say anything against it when my computer is scanned so somethings up???
