Less than 1 hr. It is bitcoin, so it takes some time not only on Infinity admins end, but also time to be confirmed by the block chain.

Go to Infinity pokers website, and DL the client. Then when you create the acc and log in, click on the cashier. Once there, it will have 3 options: a free $50 NDB, 50% lifetime RB, or a deposit bonus that is rather large.
