I can't get feltstars support to help me

Sunday my account was suspended on feltstars out of the blue. I sent them a message and got the automated response that tbey would send me a response in 4-8 hrs. Here it is over 72 hrs later and 4 more emails and still no response. Does anyone else know what is going on? If this is the way support on feltstars deals with their members then I am taking my money and going elsewhere. While I might not be a high roller I still contribute and if something doesnt happen soon I will take my business elsewhere.

When feltstars had that big problem with the site going down, I emailed them about my account and have yet to hear a response its been a couple of months. I have just stayed away from there since,

Felt Stars doesn't have a good support. They take weeks to answer an email, I remember that I had a problem with a cash out and I only could take the money cause a friend helped me with a transfer.

well my friend emailed them and got a response within 2 hrs and I have had no issues until this bullshit that happened sunday

Sorry, I d0n´t have experience with Feltstars, so can´t help. Just keep pushing them...
