Sunday my account was suspended on feltstars out of the blue. I sent them a message and got the automated response that tbey would send me a response in 4-8 hrs. Here it is over 72 hrs later and 4 more emails and still no response. Does anyone else know what is going on? If this is the way support on feltstars deals with their members then I am taking my money and going elsewhere. While I might not be a high roller I still contribute and if something doesnt happen soon I will take my business elsewhere.
