I want to start off by saying if this is abused then Carbon will probably change how they handle live chat. If you are sick of clicking on live chat and it saying to send an email to support then listen up. This is what you must do to talk to live chat within mere seconds.
1. Click on cashier and then click on deposit.
2. Where it says cash transfers click on deposit again.
3. That's it. Because Carbon wants to make sure all deposits are handled and come through you can always get live chat this way.
Once you do connect with them, tell them what you need and they should direct you to the proper department or answer your question directly. Again I say as to not ruin it for anyone else, do not abuse this. Happy chatting

We made a bet regarding live chat and I lost. So here it is the proof that carbon live chat DOES work if you do exactly what he tells you to do.
An operator will be with you shortly. You are currently customer 1 in queue. An agent should be available in 0 minutes.
