The option to transfer money to another player was removed from Carbon months ago. It makes no difference if you are verified or not, you still can't transfer.

Chip dumping is always illegal under the terms and conditions, regardless of the situation. This protects the website in all matters and puts all the blame on the players

No transfers it's why Merge will lose players monthly and it's sad was a good site until Feltstars messed everything up

The transfers stopped after they switched payment processors, I believe.
