I did try to be polite through the first 3 or four responses and I took the time to detail everything that happened. Now I'm just pissed. What was the point of me going through all of this just to have them take away what I had earned? Also, it's not possible to log on to my az1972 account, because both were from the same email and had the same password. I didn't know that it was going to make a difference when I had set up the accounts. Personally, I think it's bad business. All they had to do was register me for the tournaments. I even listed the tournaments id numbers. How hard would it have been to do that?

until poker is fully licenced this shit will continue to happen to people.
If you live in the USA then get involved with the PPA.

Actually, I am a member of the PPA. There a great organization to be involved with if you are a poker player.
