60vp points for a 100.00 freeroll. not worth the grind, thats why no one is playing anymore. By the time you get 60 vp points you have done went thru or raked in well over a hundred dollars worth of games lol Just not worth it!

If Hero were to close merge would transfer the balance to another merge skin like they have done with all the others

Yeah, it would be illegal for merge to just close the skin and take all your money. I'm sure they will give out news and allow people to withdraw their funds before they ran off.
