    Help americas cardroom 4/26 tournament

    Hi
    I opted in for todays game at Americas Cardroom (ACR-4-26) I received the password (2047) & when I entered the pw it said no good, when I dble checked & went to reenter the pw the tournament is not there, it not even showing up as running.
    I would like a refund please, I did everything I was supposed to do was there in plenty of time, but like I said I don't even see it running. Here is the copy of my history to show I was deducted for a tournament that isn't working for some reason. So could I please have a refund for that, when I tried to do this in the refund section it wouldn't take it because the system couldn't find it either, but it found it to deduct my points..

    It is an error that has been happening and it is on AC's end, request refund here http://www.pokerowned.com/forums/freerollrefund.php

    The tournament ID is the date exactly as it is in your points history.

    Americas cardroom has been brutal, they screw up the password atleast 4 times a week, ask for a refund here. http://www.pokerowned.com/forums/freerollrefund.php
