Freeroll coupon Carbon Poker

Purchased a coupon for the freeroll tonite, twice the first time it auto refunded me due screenname didnt match. well i checked and my screen name on Cabon and PokerOwned still do match. So, re-tried the coupon purchase thing so far it has not rejected it but it does not show up on Carbon's site. any help?

Coupons are sent several times an hour, so you should always receive them within about 15 min. Capitalization matters, so make sure you entered your sn exactly the same.

I had that happen a few times. You just have to make sure that everything matches or you won't show up.

yea coupons are sent like 8 times a hour I think! I never had a problem before

I have never used coupons in the poker rooms, poker carbon but gives an excellent gratification.
