    Cool Customer Surveys

    What do y'all think of having our favorite on-line poker sites provide a customer survey form. Some of the sites I play don't have my favorite game setups.

    Our input, other than just thru the feedback channel, might help improve the on-sites for us.

    For instance, Carbon Poker doesn't have any play money Sit and Go games. Those are the best to learn final table strategies, IMHO.

    Also how would we ask the sites to do a Customer Survey each Quarter or so.

    What do you think about Poker Owned creating a Customer Survey and sending the results to them?? PO could provide some point for this feedback.

    The sites won't really listen to us. They do what they want to make the most money they can. Nothing we do or say is gonna change that.
