certain pages on carbon not loading

I have had this problem since the new software came about 6 months ago. When I click on the player to player transfer page, player to player transfer history page, VIP program page and a bunch of other pages only open and not load. They are white and stay white and the page just keeps saying loading. I have emailed carbon about this and they said to install java and something else i forgot but I did it. Anyone know what else may be the problem? It is obviously just my computer cause I was able to load those pages on a public computer when I went out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TY

Uninstall the program and reinstall it. Always the first thing to try.

def do a re install and everything should work for you, if not email support and you'll be good.. gl on tables

Find some kind of optimizer of some kind or anti virus that offers a pc tune up within it..

I just tried that and that didnt work either. Sigh.
