so i earned like 5k vip points last month and now im on the vip tier "fire"
so will i allways be on this or do i have to keep earning vips to stay at the tier?

You have to keep re-earning this as far as I know

i think if you dont play for a ceertain amount of time you start loosing points but I think if you play you keep your tier status

They are making it harder to stay in the same level. I was in water when I took 2 weeks off then I got demoted to earth when I couldn't earn enough to stay in water. Before you just have to earn a point to make them know you're still active.

my vip status is 0 i not even played one game yet on carbon but i definitely willl check it out once i get enough points but mus say to maintain vip status not easy

i only log on so much time a week, but always keep the level. haven't really noticed though the fine details of the vip program. kinda curious now.
