yesterday I decided to play another $0.21 hyper-turbo 6-handed OPS sng and I won it. The prize was supposed to be a $1.10 buy-in of some sort. After I won the sng, a message flashed up saying I had won a "$1.10 hyper-turbo 6-handed OPS sng" ticket. I thought I was playing for a $1.10 coupon that I could use anywhere, but fine, another satellite to the OPS series is good too.

The trouble is, there are no $1.10 OPS 6-handed hyper-turbos out there on the schedule at all. They have just about every other small buy-in amounts available, but not $1.10 hyper-turbo sng's.

Has anyone else had anything like this happen to them before? Will Carbon resolve the issue for me?
