Carbon seems to suck...out. alot. Its human nature to want to make more money... A casino by me added extra 2's to their BJ deck and was caught. An ex-employee of Absolute created a "Super Account" and could see others cards...(search it). And no, Carbon doesnt care who wins as long as they stay in till the and, all in. Its all about Rake. The software engine is the same for every table, .02 or $100. It would be human nature to tweak the RNG to have 450 to 1 turn rivers pop up a little more often to give a false sense of probability - drawing ability. Not that Carbon is doin it - but it would be human nature they would do it sooner or later.

What I'm talkin about here is rake. Lots of it. If you have set over set won by quad river - its an all in river. Max rake. One time the board was a royal flush - all 5 guys all in - rakes ville. Not that there is a rigged deck - just saying that would be the casinos angle.

Here's the thing about rake though: every site caps how much take they will take out of each hand.
In a tournament or sng, the rake is paid when you buy in to the tournament.
In a freeroll, there is no rake.
You are correct, though. Carbon does not care who wins or loses a hand.
I'm still waiting for anyone to come forward with proof over a proper sample size that show Carbon (or any site for that matter) is rigged. There's been enough hands played and there's enough grinders out there that if something was truly not right we would have heard about it by now.
