Carbon Poker is pretty much what we've got. US players I mean. Their promotions are ok, but I would like for them to be more accomodating for everyone. Like the double vip points, it's only between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. server time. Something like that. Why not just make it double the whole day? And, to make it more fun, the fun steps could be in other games too, not just NLH.

I have had several issues with Carbon over the last year. Almost all of them responded to my first email to them with a "canned" repsonse which didn't address the issue involved. Eventually they did resolve everything but they did it in several days to a week+ rather than 15 minutes on the phone. Which makes no sense to me, as when I'm not playing they aren't making money off of me. You'd think they'd want to get me back the tables ASAP. Whatever...

Not so ... We also have BCP/ACR or Lock/Juicy. They all have about the same traffic now but Juicy/Lock has the best MTT line up, ACR/BCP has a horrible one. Carbon has fair to just ok. SnG softest competition is on ACR for sure toughest is on Carbon/Merge/Joke/FU. and medium on Lock/Juicy.

Unfortunately Carbon is one of only 3 options for me since I play on a mac and live in Missouri. Combine that with the fact I won't deposit on a site, and that makes Carbon my main site since it's the one with the freerolls. I like the freerolls available, and I actually like the software aside from the shitty RNG. Luckily I haven't had any runins with customer service yet, but I'm sure if I play enough it will happen.

Carbon/Aced/Merge is probably the only good site left. Although there are some bad beats (i mean really bad beats), i still think it is a fair site.

I have never had a problem with Carbon or their support, knock on wood. Whenever I have to contact them, I explain the situation politely and with every detail I have. They always respond with answers relevant to my questions, and if they can't they say they are letting the proper department know about it. I've requested probably over 30 checks from them and never had a problem. I've had to wait a couple months before, which is expected, but that's the extent of my issues. As far as rakeback goes, I don't have a great rakeback rate, it's through their VIP program. I wish it were more but it's better then nothing.
