eddie, i havent cashed out on carbon yet but have made a few deposits, and have heard of a couple of other players from u.s. say they have. your allowed to play on carbon as well as a few other u.s. friendly sites because they have the right licenses and stuff, hope that helps u out!

so long as the funds are not transferred u can withdraw just sign up to one of the e wallets (i use instadebit)
