short answer no, they have no p2p ure best bet is to just withdraw, there withdrawl times are not that bad and are improving atm

If youre not from the usa you could most likely have other option available to you for cashing out. Moneybookers... netteller etc...
For usa players they send a check which as of lately has been taking 1-2 weeks. They do not allow player to players transfers like pokerstars

Also important to know that if you try to "feed" someone chips at a heads up table you can be banned for collusion
