I do like Merge. I don't think they are going to be shut down either. They already would have been. And the sites were shut down for money laundering and fraud, not for poker.

Maybe the DOJ kept the small poker sites because many of them secretly love to play online poker, but banning us from Poker Stars, Full Tilt, and AP/UB was just to show the gov't that they are doing their jobs. Or maybe they banned the sites they kept getting donked in, and they have an agreement with the remaining sites to rig it to favor donk play, so the players at the DOJ could win more, lol.

Bees, Merge is not violating any U.S. laws at this present time. Its not against the law to have a gaming site, its the banking transactions that are the violations.
