    I like how they say our decision is final, no further correspondence will be entertained, and in the next paragraph is says please reference XXXXX in future correspondence, lol

    Carbon commonly answers in this manner for some reason. If you truly have not multi-accounted, or cheated Carbon in some way, I suggest you post what happened in the Carbon Support Thread at 2+2 including a copy of the emails they sent you. Please do not waste their time if you are not completely innocent. There is a chance they will reverse their decision...

    Thanks for all the replies guys, I didn't have any money in the account but I enjoyed the PO freerolls, so I will post on 2+2 a little later. I had this same problem when I registered for Ace, they instantly closed my account when I created it and never replied to my email.
