Every time something like this is posted anywhere, there is always a back story that has been left out. Not saying you cheated or anything like that, but its pretty common to bend some petty rule they have or look suspicious in their eyes. Maybe their security is over zealous, but we (poker players) cant have it both ways. I also have my carbon account suspended and after some time and a lot of back and forth, I got it reopened. Be polite in your emails and they just may listen. ALso, email every department. They will either delete or forward your email on.

They might have thought that you were a hacker because I think they have zero tolerance rules against them and wont even explain anything.

You aint on the Black List are you ??? Nah im just kidding man i cant believe they banned you like that . It seems to me they would give you are reason or tell you why . it takes allot to get banned from carbon without warning . multi accts / cheating in some way or even chip dumping will result in this . but i hope you get to the bottom of it or find a resolution goodluck .

gotta love the good old carbon site. I deposited one time long time ago, but never again. customer service is horrable there. hope u get it worked out
