Yea, I got nothing for Merge. I still play, and usually it ruins my mood for an hour. I'll take Bovada over any other US facing site any day. That being said, there just alright and the payout times usually suck.

I hate any merge sites. They have a lot of sites and they wont let you play, that sucks

So, you have only one account and no money held on the account and no explanation as to why the account was closed. Going out on a limb here, was there any possible collusion? (I didn't read all the replies since some made no sense to me)
I would think Carbon/Aced should or would give you a little more information as to why your account has been closed, but this is their business and their rules. It's not a democracy, unfortunately.

I love how they say something like "We have reached our final decision and no further correspondence will be entertained on this issue".
Then the very next sentence is something like "We are always here to help and feel free to contact us again about this or any other matter" and lists the ticket number to give in relation to it.
Way to contradict yourself in consecutive sentences.

Every time something like this is posted anywhere, there is always a back story that has been left out. Not saying you cheated or anything like that, but its pretty common to bend some petty rule they have or look suspicious in their eyes. Maybe their security is over zealous, but we (poker players) cant have it both ways. I also have my carbon account suspended and after some time and a lot of back and forth, I got it reopened. Be polite in your emails and they just may listen. ALso, email every department. They will either delete or forward your email on.
