I love the 'Check withdrawals attract a 15.00 USD processing fee' wording on Carbon. I know when I try to withdraw funds from my sportsbetting sites, it is about triple the price. I hope poker sites do not go the way of the sportsbetting sites, using getting your money back as a chance to charge an arm and a leg.

So, would like to know the final result on this check. We are assuming it cleared and everything is fine?

I have not deposited yet for this reason. I think it will take some time to see how many US players come to Carbon, and then support can sort of have a idea of how many players are on the site and work with that figure to determine cash out methods. Just my 2 cents.

Carbon's customer service is mostly non-existent at this point. I think getting help with cashout problems will be very difficult until they make the decision to take support seriously.
