You know they have professional mechanics that can shuffle and deal cards to cheat you in a live setting? And also, those new shufflers, who is to say they can not be set to shuffle up action scenarios? Not to mention the teams of players that hit good poker games to cheat the players by collusion. Where there is money, there will be all sorts of attempts at cheating.

There's no way it's true. This type of rumor has existed for other poker sites too, like pokerstars and ftp. I don't think a software can be made to make this happen, however, if you work at the company, you can change codes to see hands like at UB.
