I have seen this happen to ppl on PS and FT too, if you have traded with anyone who has charge backs, it can get linked to your account as well. That is why I am pretty skeptical as to who I transfer to.

to b honest, i've never heard any of my friends, that kind of complains...their support service/costumer service, is usually on top.
mybe the payout are a bit late...but otherwise...+1 they even gave out the payments from full tilt, into others stars accounts...
