Can I use my Netspend Visa card to fund Carbon?

I got a Netspend card in the mail this week while trying to earn PokerOwned points lol. Does anyone else use this to fund their Carbon account? I do not have a regular credit card. And the Visa gift cards only work in the USA.

i have always been able to fund merge using netspend i dont see why not

Raven, thanks so much for the response. Do you mind if I ask a couple questions? Does Netspend have a monthly fee? Or do they charge a fee for loading money to the card? I read the insert and those topics were not addressed.

if you look there are some place it is free to load the card. and you can either get charged $5 a month or pay $1 for credit transactions or $2 for debit transactions
