cant see poker stars in us it is not only the license they need there will have to be transparency for tax purpose when us sites are open and i think us sites will only be for us people

Yes then stars could revamp FTP use there software for an all USA market brand and have no one competing with them and own it... Do you not see this?

Just sooo smart on pokerstars side. Buy FTP assets (debt) but many for the 200 million dollar software and revamp it and put it only in USA when its time. Pay out every player on ftp roughly 330-350 million and bam.. Pokerstars will own the USA market and compete with 888 poker ect for international.

I can see a lot of benefits, and the licensing will be less hassle than most think by simply offering a partnership. Any major brand Casino will be well aware of FTP software and would leap at an easy backdoor catchup.
