Heres the fees for WesternUnion- Listed as Money Transfer in their cashier(min $100 max $2000 up to 2 per week)

For MoneyGram- Listed as Rapid Transfer in their cashier(min $100 max $800 once per week)

They also still do Bank Wire Transfers w/the exception of a few banks. Thats a $50 fee plus anything ur bank may charge you w/$2500 min.

As far as I know there is no min for checks. I withdraw once per month via check as its free. Usually takes 10 to 14 days from the time I request until it hits my door via courier.
