Winning and Bovada are by far the best cashout situations for US players right now. Never played on Juicy but I havent heard great things..

To OP, without a doubt BlackChipPoker (And all Winning Network skins), as well as Bovada, are the only viable options right now for US players. After being verified you will recieve checks or cash in hand via Western Union in less than 2 weeks.

I think Black Chip Poker does weekly withdrawal requests so they are probably by far the best.

I have never hear positive comments regarding withdraws about Carbon. 4 months is not fast in my opinion.
