I play mostly on America's Cardroom and Seals w/ Clubs, mainly because cashouts are relatively quick and hassle free.

Can't stand Bovada. ACR and BCP are okay. Betonline and fullflush have tons of freerolls.

bovada is solid. they are pretty user friendly, and have decent traffic from players who usually dont play poker. Their interface links the casino and sportsbook to the poker software seamlessly. I think they are a good bet for players who don't use huds as it takes the adv away from your opp who could be using huds normally. I highly recommend this sites MTTs! Also, If you wanna play rush poker (i.e. poker where you can fold fast and move to a new table) bovada is the only place i know of.
blackchip poker's gui is despicable imo. It looks gross, and just feels awful to play on. BUT their games and traffic are very solid. It's on the Winning network, and they better releasing of the 1st deposit bonus and rakeback than merge network in my opinion. They have a great series of MTTs as well with good Gtd pools. The site is reminiscent of full tilt's layout a little. Another good thing is that these guys have satties going all the way up to actual live tourney packages! this is somethign that merge seems to lack.
If you wanna play winning network then def dont use bcp. Go with america's cardroom or true poker. These are just skins of the same netwrok and look better than bcp.
Merge=>(Carbon poker or aced poker) is pretty solid. They have decent sized MTT's but nothign what they used to be. Cash games are declining in popularity as well. The site still has reasonable traffic. I'd say cashing out here is a little more annoying than the other two. However, cashing is not tremendously hard to do, it just takes time. I'd say carbon is a solid site, but lacks bigger guaranteeds that bcp and bovada can pull for some MTTs. carbon has a good interface, and for that reason I like it more than bcp. carbon also has more po tourneys, so if you plan to play a lot of po freerolls to build a BR, then opening an acct in carbon would be ideal.
if you are in new jersey or vegas, there are some other options for you. I personally find seals with clubs to be a little untrustworthy and the bitcoins factor not be too apealing. THe benefits there though would be quick liquidity and fast cashouts! A easy way to get bitcoins is through coinbase.com
Overall. Bovada for decent cashout speed and good MTTs and Rush poker. Winning network pretty solid, but slower cashout than bovada but fast bonus payouts and many gtds. as well as great satties. Merge network pretty solid overall, good cash games, but payout a little slower. MTTs fine here as well, and some huge tourneys. SWC good if u trust bitcoins bc they have super super fast payout. Traffic not necessarily the highest there, though.

I play bovada. But only because it is the best option. If there was anything else decent available I'd move on. Are there any players here in Jersey or Nevada, or any other states that have made online legal? If so, how is that working out?

Play on Bovada. Pretty much every other site is a waste of time. Bovada has fast cashouts and great games. ACR will start going downhill with there re entries just like carbon has.

Carbon's tough. Better average players than I've seen on any other site so far. Not much for micro limits either

I don't think that any one site is better then the other. It is really what you are looking for. If your looking for alot of freerolls then carbon is not the one. BCP, Americas cardroom and true have alot of freerolls. They are on the same network so you can play on all of them.
