Any definitive list of sites?

So...I guess what I'm looking for is a site with all known poker sites accepting US deposits. It'd be cool if it were like in a chart form, also summarizing deposit methods, withdrawal process, bonuses/freerolls, etc. I suppose, to be fair, it could also list sites available outside the US, but I just figured that list would be rather large.

Please, poker geniuses, surely we can get some kind of sticky with a nice table in here...maybe?

safe sites with fast cashouts

intertops (revolution network): very fast paypal cashouts but must sign up via affiliate otherwise its checks mailed
pokerhost (merge network): very fast cashouts w/u and check
bovada : good check cashouts .. annonomys tables.. only 1 hud works there (no hm or pt)
ipoker: fast paypal cashouts via affiliate (obv vpn needed)
black chip poker: good cashouts
