I think with that site it wasn't really a legal thing, they just weren't large enough to be competitive.

There are so many poker rooms, it's hard to keep up. I hadn't heard or seen of this one before. I wonder if there is any link or post informing us of poker rooms closing or about to be closed. Cheers!
