I could not disagree with the theme of this thread more. Carbon has a tremendous amount of added value promotions, and I have received a check from them. Granted the check took almost 10 weeks. Having said that, Carbon Poker has a proven track record of paying out to their players. Additionally, they treat their top players with a Vip rep. Carbon isn't as great as PS was/is, but in the USA poker climate today, we really can't complain. Beggars can't be choosers. Carbon Poker is imo the best availible option. There is a reason that they have a peak of 10-12,000 people online at once.

I have dealt with Carbon on other issues and had no expectations they were going to do the right thing so I didn't bother asking for a supervisor as I have in the past. I did launch a verbal assault on the "customer service" rep I was talking too though, lol. I advised them of how many policies were in place only to rip people off and make Carbon more money and how most people only play there because choices are very limited.
He actually said to me that "we are aware that people don't like us and we are sorry they feel that way but the rules are the rules." LOL. I had to end the conversation with the classic and "classy" " Only for everyone that runs Carbon to gets A.I.D.S and die." In response to him asking "is there was anything else I could "help" you with today?"
