This is an out rage. Naturally, if I were position, picture this - I will first contact Customer Service Support. I then will tell the associate or employee I am speaking with that I am very displeased with there customer service. You then proceed to request a supervisor or higher ranking employee, who, naturally - can get more thing's done, you then launch a verbal assault, well planned, on them as for maximum gain. I do hope you get some compensation for this injustice. Good day

yeah i remember reading the terms and them saying if u dont play for a while they can take your points out. thought it was strange myself. anyhow hope they do the right thg and give them back to you. im just geting ready to do a withdraw. kinda dont know what to expect on how long or what on it
