When I hit Promotions tab the drop down box gets partially hidden underneath the red "earn points" bar

It happens to me in IE . I now use Google Chrome at work and FF at home and it does not happen.

yes it only happens on internet explorer u need to download a new internet

different browser as already suggested ... could be a screen resolution thing too or the window isn't maximized
I had some funky crap like that when I was running low screen res (1024 X 768) on my old laptop a few months ago.

Try firefox or a newer version of IE

I agree it happened to me with an older version of IE , so i used Google chrome and its all good now
