i was wondering when somebody redeems $25 on carbon with a gift certificate does that have a playthrough requirement as well? If yes whats the playthrough to withdraw the $25?

No there is no playthrough, it is treated as a transfer though, so there is a 4 dayish hold to transfer.

no i don't think there is a playthrough,you can withdraw anytime as far as i know

No you can't withdrawn anytime you need to wait 4 days after that you can cashout it.
