Was it a loan or a stake? From my understanding with a stake, the person only pays back if they cash and it is a certain percent agreed upon prior to the stake.
If you are giving them a buy in, and they are to pay you the buy in back, that is a loan.

He stked but i agreed to pay back if lost....I paid bac some of it already and I help him with trades all the time...just help trading another like $500 the other day. I really wish he would remove this by not trying to destroy my rep lol

Im sure he was just upset tat he went busto and just made a thread about me owning but like I said i said i would payback and I did partially .....He knows im good for it. I help him out all the time...
