dont mean to hijack this thread... a lot of this stuff is new to me. if lets say "user A" sends his paypal payment first. And "user B" waits to receive the payment before sending Carbon funds. Would that not eliminate the cause for concern? Or is there still a risk even once the paypal payment has been received?

There is still a risk as paypal can be reversed fairly easy.

paypal is not very save to trade with i thinkl everyone knows this ... and as said 1mil times before if u wanna trade with paypal do it with ebaytime :P
