what screenshot are you referring to? I dont see anything that would pertain to the instructions in that step. Can anyone be a lil more specific for me?

I really do think that this is where I am having my issue, now that I have looked into it further. Does anyone know what options need to be checked in step 9?

Had something weird happen today with it when trying to delete the contents. It said "Some sandboxed programs could not be stopped. The contents of the sandbox will not be deleted." So then I clicked terminate them and tried again. Then I went and stopped any processes in the task manager and tried again. But alas I see "the-hobbit.exe" wont stop/shut down. So I would say don't try the hobbit download, or if you do, let it finish. I'll figure this out soon enough

sometimes you need to reboot when it does this. then you can delete it. Originally Posted by MichMan

Thanks for these tips guys. Definitely made my intro to sandboxie a lot easier. Ran into the same problem and reboot worked.
