What is the best way to build points for people living outside of the US? It seems all of the offers are based towards them, are there any non American mentors, too?

There is literally no Crowd Flower tasks available for UK members

Assuming its not against site policy (And it may or may not be so please check before you take this advice)....use an american proxy server and log into your PO account via that route

I'm from uk and when I'm short on points i do a few peanut labs surveys. they seem to be the most reliable for me.
