I signed up at Cake Poker thru the appropriate link to get the Loyalty Discount. I did clear cookies and I `m guesiing maybe I did this 10- 12 hours ago. Still no loyalty discount for me. Who do I contact for support. I had accounts with other poker sites prior to becoming a member at this forum.

You only get the loyalty discount on the site linked to here, so it would just be for Cake games. In order to get the Merge discounts, you would need to download Carbon, Aced, or PDC through the link here and have the coupons sent to that account, and as mentioned by WB, it takes 24 hours.
