I registered for a Carbon Tourney last night and then placed a 21 point Donkey Bet to win, place or show. I had to deregister for the tourney, in order to meet a friend somewhere away from my computer. Today I requested a refund under the help desk tab. I gave the reason that I was requesting a refund, but did not explain that I was requesting my Donkey Bet to be refunded. Carbon had automatically kept my ticket available on their site to register for another tourney. After not seeing a refund credited to my Poker Owened balance, I realized that I did not say that it was the 21 points for a Donkey Bet that I was requesting the refund for. Therefore, I tried to do it again and explain that I was requesting Donkey Bet points to be refunded only. The site program notified me that I had already requested a refund for this freeroll. Where and how can I clarify my request and look forward to a refund? Did I just mess up and lose my points forever?

For future reference, with donkey bets you can request a refund there right on the "view donkey bets" page, Donkey Betting - PokerOwned Forums. In this case, Id suggest sending Zab a Private Message to let him know what happened, just in case he misses this thread.
