I'd opted in for a Pokerstars freeroll yesterday but it got cancelled because there weren't enough people. The points however, were deducted from my account. When I try to request a refund, it says 'You have not opted in for this freeroll', even though it is clearly listed under my points history. Please help.

Are you listing it exactly as it is in your points history? (leave out the # sign)
